AG Venture Studio was founded by Dr Andrew Gay, an optometrist based in Perth, Western Australia.
Andrew holds a master’s degree in organisational psychology and is the author of The End of Shoptometry, exploring the changing future of the optometry profession.
His clinical background shapes the studio’s approach: begin with the problem, examine the evidence and ask whether the proposed solution will help the person using it.
The studio is an independent business exploring practical opportunities through customer research, partnerships and carefully scoped pilots.
